With a budget on the lower end ($50k) you'll only be able to implement a few of these options or possibly install the landscaping in phases. With a budget on the higher end ($150k+) you'll be able to complete most, if not all of them at the same time.
- Property Grading: If the builder hasn't properly graded the property this is going to be the first step. The property will need to be graded level and for proper drainage.
- Irrigation System: If you plan on having lawns and garden beds then an irrigation system is a good idea and a multi-zone system complete with digital wifi controller could be installed.
- Front and Back Lawn Installations: This budget could not only include the property grading but also both your front and back lawns. Either with sod or hydroseed.

Hired Haughey Brothers Landscaping this year to do a major drainage project that would divert water accumulating at the base of the front of my house to stop basement and garage flooding that was occuring after major rain events. The project worked great and the flooding has stopped. Adding some photos that show the work being done and videos that show the water not accumulating in front of the house and one video showing the water being diverted down my driveway at the back of my house down to the street.
